One of the things people really seem to notice about classic pickups is the bed wood. If you have a bed that’s nicely finished with stained wood and new strips (the pieces between the wood), you’re going to get a lot of compliments.

Replacing the bed wood in a rotted-out old truck isn’t as easy as it may seem. Yet, after you’ve done it a time or three, it starts to make sense.
